Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and five beds, for up to eight people. It is the smallest of the three and the only one within walking distance of the Old Market.
The villa is let whole. The pool, the hot tub, the garden and the parking belong to your group for the stay.
Pub Street and the Old Market are 700 metres, roughly a ten-minute walk. Angkor Wat is 6 km, about fifteen minutes by tuk-tuk.
Bicycles come with the villa, and we can arrange a car or guide for the temples.
Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 12pm. The pool is open seasonally, so ask when you book. The access lane is short and unpaved. No smoking indoors, no parties, quiet hours 11pm to 7am.
The six and seven bedroom villas are a short ride from here and sleep sixteen each. Same team, same keys-in-hand arrival.
